Compliance that works in practice

The paperwork must match what actually happens

Weak compliance rarely comes from one missing document. It comes from systems that are not understood, reviewed or evidenced. MV looks beneath the policy wording to identify where the licence, vehicles, drivers and management control are exposed.

01

Understand the operation

How the business genuinely works, who owns each control and where information is held.

02

Identify the exposure

Separate immediate licence risks from wider performance and documentation weaknesses.

03

Make improvement stick

Assign actions, build evidence and introduce routine checks that remain active after the report.

Services

Transport compliance support built around your operation

Dedicated pages now explain each service properly, helping operators—and Google—understand exactly where MV can help.

Proven delivery

Practical recovery, not cosmetic compliance

The goal is not to create more paperwork. It is to give the operator control, make responsibilities clear and leave an evidence trail that stands up to scrutiny.

Where and how MV works

North West presence. UK-wide capability.

Some services need regular local attendance. Others can be delivered anywhere in the country through Microsoft Teams, secure document exchange or planned site visits. The delivery method is agreed before work begins.

North West priority

Regular on-site and ETM support

External Transport Manager appointments and recurring site-based support are focused on Greater Manchester and the wider North West, where travel remains practical enough for continuous and effective management.

Frequently asked questions

Useful answers before we speak

Do you provide External Transport Manager support in Manchester?

Yes, subject to availability, due diligence, travel time and the requirements of the specific Operator Licence.

Can you audit an operation before a DVSA visit or FORS audit?

Yes. A structured review can identify weak evidence, inactive systems and practical gaps, followed by a prioritised action plan.

Do you help with new Operator Licence applications?

Yes. Support can cover the application, operating-centre preparation, maintenance arrangements and the practical controls required before operation.

Are you building an online compliance system?

Yes. The planned MV Fleet Compliance Platform and driver walkaround-check app are being designed around real transport operations. They are not yet available and are clearly marked as coming soon.

Can MV support operators outside the North West?

Yes. FORS preparation, Operator Licence applications, policy and procedure work, SSOW, driver handbooks, document reviews and consultancy projects can be delivered across the UK. Work is completed remotely where suitable or face to face with travel costs agreed in advance.

How are travel and hotel costs handled?

Where a national assignment requires attendance, the proposal sets out mileage, travel time, accommodation and any other reasonable expenses before the work is confirmed. There should be no surprise travel bill after the event.

Can policies and procedures be professionally printed?

Yes. Bespoke documents can be supplied as editable digital Word files and controlled PDFs. Professionally printed, bound and delivered copies can also be arranged at additional cost.
